azu Experienced Member Joined: 7/10/2008 Last visit: 11/11/2025 Posts: 32 Rating: (1)	Hi. I'm trying to test my program with PLCsim. But if I want to write a Digital output the (sim)PLC goes STOP. This is what the diagnostics shows: 3 of 10; Event ID: 16# 75D6 Data corruption in safety program before output to F I/O logic standard address: 30 output offset: 0.3 Number of the F-I/O data blocks: 8009 previous operating mode: RUN requested operating mode: STOP 11/19/2014 12:20:51.824 Is this a PLC sim issue or is my programm corrupt? The project is made in TIA v13; CPU 317F-2 PN/DP

yy1 Posts: 535 Rating: (112)	Dear azu, are all your write-accesses to F-data (F-outputs, F-DBs, ...) in safety-blocks? Are there any warnings, if you compile your program? Usually this kind of error is not a PlcSim-issue. Best regards, yy1

azu Experienced Member Joined: 7/10/2008 Last visit: 11/11/2025 Posts: 32 Rating: (1)	Hello this happens in FC110 The"STD_gasbrander_DB".INT (db110.dbw0) is written in networks before. Maybe I.ve found my fault though:-) My HMI has some start, stop buttons which were directly connected to Failsafe Bits. I changed this to Normal bits en used these in the program.
