trannhan8x Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Dear All, My customer use Simoreg DC Master, it's oder code 6RA7085-6DS22-0, it controls DC motor of rubber extruder machine. The normally current ofamatureoutput when full load is 285A. But 1 month ago, this current is 325A, my customer checked mechanical system, it is ok. We try to change other DC motor but this current is so high too. Can you share to me the parameter of this converter to reduce this current

I think that there will not be overcurrent due to reducing P171. trannhan8x If I use optimizing DC motor function, will this operating current reduce? I think earlier the drive already was optimized. If you didn't change the motor/mechanics you need not to optimize again. Try to find the reason of high current.
