WinCC flexible 2008 license USB stick, there is no any key found

Dear All, Actually, We ordered wincc flexible 2008 runtime software & 2048 power tags but, as per they maintion that license key on USB stick there is no any key found on that. So, I just wantted to know where from i get it or support for same?

Hello sagar18, we had similar situation, write a email to mailto:support.automation@siemens.com There you'll need give them the License number of your Wincc flexible software. You'll get new key by email. Best regards, David |
