Hi,
Can you help me Sinamic DCM drive F60036 problem.
I am using DCM drive with starter software. When I run the drive with starter control panel, I monitoring the diagonisis window at starter software, After run commend show"all enable are available" and r02 show o2.0 (torque direction II active) a few second (6/7 s) and then r02 show o8.0 (switch on inhibited active) and drive fault show F60036 one of while. But fault is not latched and r02 show o7.1.

I face the same problem with sinamics.It is DCM 6ra8085-6ds22-0aa0.Last time I have run this driver approximately 2 months ago.There was no fault.However it shows F60036 now.

I checked some parameters which is below,

p50150-->5.0

p50250-->0.0

What can I do for this situation?

Hello,

F60036 = Armature circuit/field circuit interrupred.

Please check fault value in r0949. If it is 1 = armature circuit interrupted & if it is 2 = field circuit interrupted.

Depending upon fault value, check values in r52116 = armature  actual current & r52266 = field actual current value. If these are less than 1% of rated DC current, then this fault activates. Please check the line supply voltage, check the connections of thyristors gates on power intrafce board.

I checked the supply voltage and thyristor,diode for field circuit but I couldnt see any problem.Is running optimizing necessary.Bop access parameter level doesnt appear on the panel(p0003).Could you help me?

Have you entered motor data correctly?

Have you carried out commissioning/optimisation successfully?

What do you mean by, "Is optimisation running necessary?"

I didnt change any data.Motor data defined while commissioning a year ago.However one time diode and thyristor of field circuit damaged because of harmonic distortion of compensation panel.After that we changed diode and thyristor.later commissioning engineer runs optimization.I wonder it is necessary to run optimisation for this fault.
