adrian_botez Posts: 185 Rating: (9)	HEllo experts. I have a problem instaling Tia Portal V13. I was trying to update to SP1 and it gave an error. So I have uninstalled all the software and retry the installation. But now there is no way to get it done. I have this two errors: Attachment 2015.pdf (864 Downloads)

Here you can show which error exactly occurrs. Have you deactivate your anti virus software during the installation? Regards Christoph

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 12/19/2025 Posts: 22816 Rating: (3073)	Programdata/siemens/automation /logfiles/setup programdata is a hidden system folder, you must activate the settings in windows explorer to display such type of folders or you open the path in the following way: start -> execute -> %autinstlog% then a windows explorer with the path is opening
