hello,

I must create a project with datalogging. I must display this in an online trend control. That works, but i want that the standard buttons in the trend control are disabled, so that I can use of my own buttons to control the trend.

I already realised a part where I can enable en disable the trend. But for the others buttons for scrolling in time and so, I'm stuck.

can someone give me a little push in the right direction?
I use winCC V6 SP3.

Hi Michael

You can hide the trend toolbar completely by setting the Toolbar property to 0.  You can then program your own buttons using C scripts.

Procedure
 - Create the button
 - Create a C-Action on the buttons Mouse event
 - Using the function browser on the left hand side, under the Standard Functions / TAGLOG / Toolbar Buttons folder you will find a series of functions that relate to the toolbar buttons (hence the name [:D] )
(f you select a function and hit the F1 function key you will see the help for that function.)

Once you have created these buttons you can enable / disable, hide / show them depending on the relevant circumstance, e.g. when a different user logs on.

I hope this is enough to get you started.

Sure, you will need to manipulate the Index and TagName properties of the trend control. You can find more information about these properties in themanual.

Here is an example VBS script (you can use C as well if you prefer). My trend control is called Control1, my tag logging archive is named MyArchive and my archived tag is named MyArchivedTag. The script changes the tag displayed for the first trend / pen. The final line forces the trend to populate existing data for the new tag.

With reference to your quote, how do i create the same functions using C-Script?
Thats because i had already some other c-script in the button that i wish to implement this function.
