WinCC WebNavigator client error

atos Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I'm using WinCC RC V6.0 SP3, license 1024 and WinCC WebNavigator V6.1 10 user client license, and I' ve already installed Web client. I create a demo project, and create the web server but when i open the Internet explorer, and enter the server name, a message appear : " The server is currently in demo mode. View only client login!" When i click "ok", the web server still works. But why the message appears and what 'is the trouble here? I open the Automation License Manager, and all licenses is "in use" status. Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks.

Ikkezelf Posts: 1084 Rating: (72)	normally whenyou get the message about being in demo mode, you should be able to click something like 'details'. This window will tell you then which licenses it expects to be installed and which are installed. I think you are missing one or more licenses that needs to be installed. with regards, Ikkezelf

atos Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your reply, Ikkezelf ! I had a review but on the message appeare, there are not any more advice. I ' ve installed 3 license : WinCC RC 1024 V6.0 SP3, WinCC RT, and Web Navigator V6.1. All of them are in " in use" status. I don' t know what happen?

laje Posts: 1 Rating: (1)	I had the same problem once and the problem was that I had enabled user authorization no 1002 "DataMonitor - Just monitor!" in WinCC user manager. You need an extra license for this. I hope this will help You.
