Hi, I just wonder or you checked the Compatibility list for WinCC v6.2 SP2. Because that list will tell you that SP3 is not supported for WinCC. So this will cause the problems for sure. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21927773 The best thing to do is reinstall your system with XP SP2. THis is better then just deinstalling SP3. |

OK But no solution, since in new computers and automatic updates of the XP is installed SP3. Best regards, |

Hi, It should just be a case of adding the folders (keys)manually into the Registry. Hope this helps. Jon |

Hello, Did you tried with uninstall of SP3 of Windows?
