How to configure X1 of CPU315-2DP for DP??

CPSTML Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hey there every one!!! I was hopping to use my CPU 315-2DP for setting up two separate profibus networks. Is it possible?? I was trying to use X1 and X2 both for DP comm. However, it seems that the X1 is exclusive for MPI and X2 for DP? Can i use the X1 for DP comm?? If so... HOW??? I cant seem to find any option in both HW config and Netpro....Please HELP... Thanks... Regards, Siddharth

However to use the same i have to use functions DP_RECV and DP_SEND since the slaves connected to the CP342-5 are not acesscible directly to the CPU. Is there a easier way?? Regards, Siddharth
