I would like to know which are the Forum User Status (for example, member, gold member, expert) and how is the differences between that.

Hello Pegaia,

Within our Technical Forum there are three or maybe four groups of users.

• There are Moderators as I am
  Doing all the editorial jobs
  
  
• There are Experts
  This are Users with a special knowledge about one or more of our products. They are answering technical questions and assit me to moderate the Technical Forum. Experts are nominated by the Moderators.
  
  
• There are registered users the Members.
  They are able to publish postings, rate other postings and so on. An active user will be a Gold Member and a very active user a Platin Member. This happens automatically.
  
  
• And there are a lot of unregistered Users.
  This are reading postings, searching for solutions and information within our Technical Forum. This users are a not active part of our Technical Forum.
