The question about license manager

fish Posts: 47 Rating: (0)	Dear All My license manager version is v4.0. When I open my license manager that I can not to see the license. But,I know how many licenses in my license manager.(the picture) And my software is normal to be used. I have to install license manager again,but it is useless. john Enthu Posts: 69 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir, please, unistall License Manager and reinstall by making your computer shutting down and restarting. you will not loose any of the license while installing and uninstalling process. you will definately find the licenses after reinstallation. regards

fish Posts: 47 Rating: (0)	Thanks for Ayman Elotaify and AMAZINGAHMED and Abdelaal and john Enthu. Now,I know the answer. Becouse my notebook lose a file,so when I join this file. My license manager is OK. That file is MSWindows-ActiveX. The MSWindows-ActiveX is KB909889.reg.
