There are different files for compact / chassis and compact plus. compact / chassis http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/13472246 compact plus http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/13472418 Unzip the file; start the self-extracting *.exe. You will find a description, how to go on, too. Better use the WinBSL.exe instead of the BSL.exe.
