GEOCHRIS Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	PSC7V7.0 SP1I work on a project, i have an ES station, Server and Server Redundant two AS stations and 3 clients. The system works for 20 days without any problems.In Friday afternoon and yesterday Clients lost communication. The reason was that Wincc Runtime of both Servers were closed and a window appears in screens of both servers:An error has oqqurent.Please close all PCS7 applications. If you cannot click on REBOOT.I cant understand what is the problem? i will appreciate any help.....

cumulus Posts: 993 Rating: (103)	Hi GeoChris, I found the following entry in the file WinCC_Sys_03.log: 255,16.11.2008,15:05:47:015,1012200,4,,SERVER1,RedundancyAgent,Outage detected reason 'ApplicationHealthCheck' In this case you should have a look in your Windows Eventlog files at the date and time mentioned above (16.11.2008,15:05:47:015). In the majority of cases you can find the task which is responsible for this error messages. This entrys are near by the entrys of REBOOT messages in the WindowsEventlog. But if you do not have much experience in checking diagnostic files and eventlogs you should contact the technical support for detailed investigation. Cumulus.
