What you are describing is a dynamic (while the station is running) change of MPI connection parameters. As pointed out earlier by April: April dynamically change of the station address is not possible If you could take 2 minutes to explain what you are trying to do, why you think you need to change MPI addressing parameters in WinCC, then maybe we could help you. Eastern Posts: 557 Rating: (64)	Dear Sir i am using2no cpu 313C &one Wincc station.i am working on 2 boiler system, for each boiler i am using1 cpu 313c for that i am developedone set of plc logic & screen & dynamic linking on wincc. but the same tag linking & same tags i donot want to create, so for that whenever i willaccess boiler one screens, i would like to pass mpi address 2 & whenever i will access the same screens for bolier 2 i would like to change the mpiconnection for 3 for boiler 2. so that i donot requied to create seperate screens & dynamic linking for boiler 2.please tell me the solution,if any other scheme tell me thanks & regard vivek

If I am right then you can stop WinCC runtime, change the MPI station addres in WinCCdirectly in the channel(properties) and then start WinCC again. You can also use PLCSim. A very nice way of testing your software. You need a licence but this price is worth every euro (or penny). Hope this works, Jaap
