OvidiuNastac Posts: 419 Rating: (19)	Hi Usualy this alarm occures when is no conection betwen MCP and NCK and/or PLC (trought the serial bus). Cause of this allarm may be :wire breakage, faulty address or data transfer configuration of one of the bus nodes. If it's a functional machine the most probable cause is the wire breakage. If it's a new machine check the bus configuration or try to establisch the cause troughStep 7hardware diagnostic. Good luck Nit

phgo Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	Hello I think there is a alarm when the battery is empty ! 2100 NCK battery warning threshold reached 2101 NCK battery alarm 2102 NCK battery alarm I have a customer whith the same alarm and they say me the solution was a general reset with the rotary switch , and reload the arc file they haved the problem2 times in 3 months, after the first time they exange the cpu with a similar machine without succes I suspect a voltage drop on the 24 vdc on theMCP but difficult to check

Control reports errors 2101 NCK battery alarm 2102 NCK battery alarm The batterry is OK and changed with new one. NCK urlesh have no effect to this message. It seem to be some problem at NCU or NCU box or E/R power supply.

Have you inserted the battery properly? try to clear the NC-PLC again load the backup. > After loading the backup if NCU comes to the healthy condition then it OK. > or It could be problem with the NCU box I am attaching you the steps which is present in DOCON WEB for the reference. Giovanni-moguez Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	when the network cable is connected when the network system use a static IP-address instead of an dynamic address setting on the PCU cause also this alarm. its because the Windows OS waits for a response of the DHCP and take to much CPU-power so the HMI-software is unable to connect within the time-out setting. maybe it will help you.
