Block Attributes

SPV Posts: 61 Rating: (4)	Dear All I am using a PCS7 system and i have been trying to devolope a customized block for an application using all the norms similar to a standard siemens block i am in need of certain attributes such as "S7_sampletime" and "S7_qc" and some more which have not been visible in the block that i am devoloping so can u please help out....... Is there any possibility of importing these arrtibutes to a project?? Thanks in Advance.. SPV

If you create the attributes by the STL or SCL source then the attributes are created like this: VariableName { S7_visible := 'false' }: BOOL ;//comment Regards Sydney

Maybe the problem could be that you can only see theattributes which are allowed for the type of variable, for example the S7_sampletime attribute could be used just for IN and OUT of FB or chart and the type is REAL. You can find a list of available attribute for parameter/blocks in manual "PCS7 - Programming Instruction for Blocks". (section 1.2.3 & 1.2.4.1 depending from wich version are you using) Regards
