Hi Bostjan, I am assuming this is an application that has been running already and has developed this fault. Otherwise check P71 = Line input voltage, check the actual measured voltage value in r030. It is possible that a fault exists on the CUA or the VSB, but unlikely, it would be much better to use Drivemonitor, and look at/or trace r006. To connect with drivemonitor, make sure your cable is constructed as per the attachment, and also check your laptop port settings. If you are getting random F003 and F030, they could not be more different, one an input overvoltage, and the other a potential DC link short. I have seen DC link capacitors that have deteriorated over a number of years exhibit similar behaviour. It may be worthwhile performing an auto-forming function for the capacitors. Set the forming time in P408 i.e. 60 minutes, then set P52=20 and start the AFE within 20 seconds or you will get a fault. Hope this gives you some ideas.
