This means you need to have a 'flat' network. A network based on routers is not suitable for Real Time Ethernet busses like ProfiNet IO. The only solution you have to communicate will be bringing the ET200M's to the same subnet.

jklm Posts: 1742 Rating: (309)	Hello, Profinet IO is not routable. Configuration runs over TCP/IP, but the productive data (the RT data) is directly placed in a layer 2 frame, and is therefore not routable (no layer 3 like IP).
