dursuneee Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	HELLO EVERYBODY.. IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME ABOUT OPC CONNECTION FOR S7300. HOW CAN CONNECT THE MY PROJECT VARIABLES WITH OPC? I AM USING CP5611. I CAN NOT SEE THE VARIABLES IN THE SYMBOL FILE CONFIGURATOR. THX FOR HELP ALREADY NOW..

JRennert Advanced Member Joined: 4/3/2007 Last visit: 12/20/2024 Posts: 35 Rating: (5)	Hi, you could use symolic only if your pc station and the s7 are in one project and a s7-connection is projected (if not you have to create your sti file by hand with symbol file creator). In properties of your opc server (in hw config) go to tab s7. in the middle of the window you'll find the settings for symbolic. If activated and downloaded in pc station, a sti file is created. Additionally you could choose SYM in opc scout. There you'll find your symbols. kind regards
