audy Posts: 71 Rating: (2)	Dear Sir, You have Drive C phisycally installed but I think it is not actually integrated into the system, because you have to see it inthe screen also it must go to reference point like X,Z axes because it is synchronous motor not like spindle (asynchronous), you should back to the agency that you bought the machine from. Pee Ell Sea Posts: 672 Rating: (57)	HI, Reolution 2.5 degrees sounds like budget option to me. It is possible there is no c axis but that the spindle stops at 2.5 degree positions and there is a clamping plate or shot bolt or similar to hold the spindle in position. The driven tooling can then be used to drill holes or mill keyways but not contouring moves. There is probably a cycle to position the spindle or an m code to clamp it up. Have a look at the spindle mechanics of the machine and see what is fitted. If you have further questions please post again.
