Hello Maha, Close the hardware configuration and the SIMATIC Manager and open the registry editor via: "Start > Run... > Input: Regedit" Then open the following path in the registry: Make comparison between your keys and http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/16719968 , specially in "IsVisible" key...
