Masterdrive: ignoring faults

Patrikk Posts: 131 Rating: (1)	Hi. can we ignore a fault on a Simovert masterdrive VC during operation? i.e. if error F082 will happen, can we ignore it bcoz we dont want to let the machine shutting down ? im very grateful for ur help. Sincerly. Mexflexx

mumbles Posts: 160 Rating: (16)	Hi, Certain faults can be disabled such as F082. To do this refer to P781. You will need to set Index 13 for the first CB to a value of 101. Also refer to the function diagram for this as well sheet -120-

Note: Some faults still occur if they threaten the safety of the drive, i.e. UCE faults or overcurrents. Cheers
