I have no non-redundant parts, so does it mean I don`t need to second physical connection? it means one CP5611 card and a loop connection to two CPUs is enough?

It is not referring to physical connection. It means that if you have non-redundant data in AS2, then you will have to create another driver connection in WinCC, for those non-redundant part. The dynamic wizard will take care of only the redundant part of AS2. Behrad it means one CP5611 card and a loop connection to two CPUs is enough? That looks fine.
