KR_kannan Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	HI, I AM USING 4-20 MA ANALOG SIGNAL FRM THE PRESSURE TRANSMITTER(0-16 BAR-G).USING THIS PRESSURE I AM GOING TO CONTROL THE SPEED OF THE VFD(I.E THE O/P FRM PID BLOCK IS ALSO A 4=20 MA......)...I DID PID USING PID WIZARD. IN THAT,I SELECT UNIPOLAR I/P AS +6400 TO +32000 PID O/P AS UNIPOLAR (I.E LOWER RANGE IS +6400 AND HIGH RANGE IS+32000) I SET THE SETOINT AS 10.0 FOR THIS APPLICATION NOW WAT HAPPEND IS FOR PID O/P: 4 MA-VFD SPEED IS 100 FOR PID O/P :12 MA -VFD SPEED IS 50 FOR PID O/P:20M1-VFD SPEED I5% SEE ITS O/P IS DIRECTLYPROPOTIONAL TO PROCESS VALUE IF I WANT THAT PID O/P SHOULD BE DIRECTLY PROPOTION TO THE PROCESS VARIABLE WHAT CAN I DO FOR THIS..................
