I'm using the same set (SET 5) with TC35. The set is working fine with me, however,i'm facing a problem. In the request mode, Sometimes when i send a request to know the tank level, the LED indicates that the sms isreceivedhowever no further action is taken, as if the sms sent doesn't contain the word "level" in its string. When i checked for thereceivedsms that is stored in VB1226 using table status, the sms time and sender number were correct. However, the sent text was not shown as if the sent sms was blank which explains why no actions was taken by the PLC. So my question is why the modem didn't recognize the SMS text? please note that sometimes the modem recognize the sent text and perform the correct action.
