I am using Profibus connection. In SM331 - AI 8*RTD card SF LED was continously blinking. I checked the profibus cable it was ok. i download the program, plc was in run mode and no problem in Interface module also. But SF fault in RTD card. Please anybody solve my problem? What you have define in the Hardware Configuration?
Some time if you define the Diagnostics Function, when the Channel is open it will show you the SF on the Module,

Please connect the RTD to the Module the SF LED is goes off, or checked the AI module Information if you still get the SF LED on.
