Ghost Backup :NO CRC_File

I have a problem in taking a GHOST backup.The Ghost procedure and steps are correct and fine.When last screen comes where the GHOSTprocess starts i am getting this error message"SOME THING WENT WRONG DURING BACKUP BECAUSE THERE IS NO CRC_FILE". I have selected and deselected the CRC option in GHOST and checked up still found the same problem Bios version: 07.06.00.01 I have taken the ghost backup on many machines i have not faced this type of problem. Could you suggest.... Thanks.... rpk89

Pee Ell Sea Posts: 672 Rating: (57)	I personally have found zero compatibilty between different versions of ghost. Make sure the version on the control is the same as on your PC.

I have checked up with changing over the ghost version in the service menu and checked stillhaving the same problem. have any suggestions..... rpk89

I often have troublewith foldernames having more thaneight characters -use the root and check if the error still occurs . Good luck
