Pedro Cruz Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, i'm trying to change a hmi screen from the plc using the Job Mailbox and i can't configure the plc tag correctly. I think that must be a Word but with 5 length. Can anyone help with this? Regards.

Denilson Pegaia Diamond Expert Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 12/31/2025 Posts: 4435 Rating: (1487)	Hi, Job Mail Box has 4 Words lenght: word 0, least significant byte = 51 word 1, screen number word 2, reserve word 3, field number, e.g 0 alternativaly, you can create a int variable, and a bool variable. Read both continouly. In change event of the bool variable link a function actvate screen by number and give the int variable as parameter. When you change the bool variable, the HMI will jump to screen number of the int varaible.

Here there is a sample program. dear sir, i am using an 1214c dc/dc/dc plc with ktp400 hmi. i am facing the same problem of screen jumping. actually i want to change screen from an input of plc so that i can display alarms. i have created an HMI TAG ''A1'' in its properties i have made cyclic aquisition to continuous, and in events i have chaned ''value change'' as activate screen by number. i have selected screen number as A1 my question is what is the OBJECT NUMBER? Whether it is the screen number? and after giving an input my screen is changing but before it one ACTIVE EVENTS screen gets popup .....i want to remove that popuped window .. can u suggest me detailed steps ....so i can complete my project regards Aashish
