mich23 Posts: 29 Rating: (0)	Hi all... How can I simulate my program (STEP 7) with a WinCC Flexible ?? My program is upload to the PLCSIM and I open the WinCC flexible run the interface and there isn´t a result. It´s not comunicating even when I upload a simple program that turn on a led. How can I simulated a program with a winCC flexible together ??

IN HMI addressput your Computer IP address In PLC address put your PLC simulator IP address Also note that the both IP address are in same Series Like 192.168.10.xx (PLC)--> 192.168.10.xx (PC). mich23 Posts: 29 Rating: (0)	Hi my friend.... First, Thank you for your help. But I´m still can´t work it together (PLCSIM and WinCC FLEXIBLE). In WinCC I set the adress in the Station (192.168.10.100) and HMI (192.168.10.3) I think that´s all. Then in STEP 7 WHERE do I set the adress ??? or is the set adress in LAN properties ?? Could you tell step by step How can I do ?? I need to simulate together, before final UPLOAD to the PLC and HMI. Please Help me

ChrisB_isi Posts: 7 Rating: (4)	mich23 ... what i did to get mine to work was the following: using MP377 15" touch , siemens S7-400 in wincc flex under Communication \ connections i setup an IF1B interface with default settings (187500 Baud, Address 1, Access point S7ONLINE, only master on the bus checked, type: simatic) for my hmi device my network was MPI with defaults (HSA 31, Number of masters 1), and my PLC device was defaults (Address 2, Expansion slot 0, rack 0, cyclic operation checked) I gave my connection a name, driver was SIMATIC S7 300/400 and Online was set to On. My SIMATIC MANAGER was open with my project, I went to Options and selected Simulate Modules. Then I went to the SIEMENS program directory and ran the S7-PLCSIM program. At the 1st window, (Open Project) I selected the Select CPU access node and chose my MPI from the Access Node. Clicked OK then it brought up simview screen. Once that was done I was able to check the RUN-P area to simulate. Once that was done, I started my runtime system in WinCC, watched the Output region for compile messages and then tested my screens. Hope this helps.

Arjan83 Posts: 4 Rating: (1)	- Configure your network (how is your PLC connected to your display?) using NetPro. Make sure the PLC and the display are are connected in a way they can communicate with each other. - Choose this connection in WinCC flexible - Choose this connection also in PLCSIM (MPI, PROFIBUS or TCP/IP) Now it should work.

Just start PLCSIM (change connection to PLCSIM(PROFIBUS)), start runtime in WinCC Flex...
