S7200 simulation with Step7

Techeng Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, I want to know if it is possible to simulate S7 200 with Siemens PLC simulation software for Step 7 (Simatic Manager). Or there are some other options to do so? Thanks

Or there are some other options to do so? Thanks Hello ! No,you can´t use PLCSim to simulate S7-200. PLCSim is only used to simulate S7-300/400 applications. But you can find a S7-200 simulator not from Siemens,using Google search. Regards.

Aristotelis Posts: 147 Rating: (34)	Hi This is impossible, not only using Step7 (which is used for programming S7-300/400) but for Step7 Micro/WIN as well. Now, if you are looking for a S7-200 simulator, take a look here: Simulator for S7 200. Hope this helps
