How configure touch keyboard facility to the IO field?

This panel is touch panel. operating system and other softwareare installed by siemens singapore. now i develop the scada screen (wincc7.0sp1) i found that after click the IO field touchkeyboard not open. the value feed from external key board only. i want to feed value from panel not from external keyboard. so any setting requier for IO field. i work on this type of panel 1st time. winflex HMI have this facility. but Wincc7.0 have or not i am not sure. please help me. kiran.
