mmtelemat Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	I have Problem with modbus driver suite that is integrated in wincc 7.0. When I use connection to Schneider-Electric PLC's communication works fine, but when I want to communicate to other Mobus PLC (NOT Schneider-Electric) I cannot establish connection. Has somebody sollution for modbus connection over TCP without OPC server ? System WinCC 7.0 SP HF5

Line 5: Select the connected Modicon controller under "CPU Type". The following CPUs are available for selection: - 984 - Use this CPU type for the CPU984 (except for CPU984A, 984B and 984X). - Modicon Compact, Modicon Quantum, Modicon Momentum - Modicon Premium, Modicon Micro

Chris Vains Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello there, I know if you want to connect to a SENTRON PAC3200/4200 via the native MODBUS TCP/IP directly to WinCC (tested on V7.0 SP1, never liked V7.0 much) as follows: CPU type: Premium Micro Server: IP address of PAC Port: 502 Address of remote slave: 1 Swap words in 32-bit values: Select swap words in 32-bit values Not a direct answer but it may guide you.
