problem after restore OP27

The configuration works fine, but every 30 seconds the panel shows me following message during 5 sec: V6.0.2 26.09.02 FREE RAM 19678 FREE BBRAM 14725ONLINE When this message dissappears, i'm logged out en the panel returs to his startscreen. What's the remedy ? Thanks for the help.

The Brain Posts: 1611 Rating: (121)	Hi, i think, it looks so that the OP do a restart! Did you check the connection between OP <--> PLC? Are you sure, that your "new" OP27 works well? Did you have a nother project which you can tranfer to the OP to check this? Did you have clear/initialize the storage medium? The Brain Posts: 1611 Rating: (121)	Hi, i seems, that the panel did made every 30 sec. a restart. Are you shure, that you have a connection to the plc! If not, then the panel do consistently a restart. So i mean you should check the plc connection.

Please let me know where I can get the Prosave or Protool to do the backup - restore - osupdata...so I will backup file from one of OP27 restore to another OP27, and do OS updata. Talk to you later,

(i think "ZAK"has slipped up) You say that the other OP27 works well, so you can made from this panel a Backup and after then Restore this data to the other OP27. Maybe the OP27 did have a defect! When the OP27 start, did you get any system messages? Did you see a tag on a screen which show you a value from the plc? regards,

I found there have no PLC tag on the screen,butthe OP27 have 2 plc interfaces (one is 9 pin and another one in 15 pin). How I change 9 pin interface to 15 pin interface? Talk to you later,
