PROBLEM WITH PC ADAPTOR USB

I am getting the following error code " No other active partner can be found " Help on Message 33:16944 Remedy: Check the connecting cables and that the connection to the network is in order. Check the PLC for power failure. The PC ADAPTOR USB cable is new.What may be the problem? DRVER-V2.0 VERSION IS V1.3

If not, connect directly to the MPI/DP connector of the plc as the adapter needs the 12V power from Plc. Then, check whether you have set correct driver for PC adapter (set to usb),as well asmpi / dp settings.

Does somebody know what is this? I have find similar problems in other threads (one, two, three) but there is NO answers. What can I do?

If one of your PC adapter is working fine and the new one is not communicating then report that to the place from where you bought that ( i.e. Local Seiemens representative)

Do infrom your Supplier as said by shar.
