As long as I recall, TP177A may run only over MPI. Profibus not available. Check the catalog ST80. We've got the same issue and switched to B variant. Regards, _njoy |

Dear Ash Man, It is absolutely possible to communicate via Profibus. This link, might help: how do you configure a connection between WinCC flexible Runtime (PC/Panel) and a SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400 via Profibus/MPI? Restriction is max. baudrate is 1,5 Mb and HSA should be less or equal 63. It is possible when you use WinCC flexible 2005 or higher. Go to connections -> parameters. On the left you see HMI and on the right PLC station. In the middle you can select Network, choose profile 'DP' Best regards, Wizard |
