Salma Posts: 1398 Rating: (151)	Just search the forum as this has been asked a few times before -> search results However be warned that you must already need a good working knowledge of SQL, ADO and VBS to do this. If you have this then great but if youdo notthen you are best of using the standard C functions built into WinCC.

Salma Posts: 1398 Rating: (151)	So you want to read data out of your User Archive into a combo box ? Can you not use the Form View in the User Archive Control ? Failing that, have a User Archive Control that displays just the one column you are interested in. You can easily read out the selected entry from the User Archive Control using the control tags. Lots of information in the manual and on this forum regarding control tags. Basically, if you don't know SQL, VBS, ADO, etc. too well I would recommend you steer clear of any advanced solution and keep it simple and standard [:D]
