Hello ARN;
The part number you are showing refers to the configuration softwrae for Sipart controllers.

PROGRAM SIPROM DR24 (GERMAN/ENGLISH) TABULAR AND GRAPHIC CONFIGU- RATION OF THE SIPART DR24 MULTI-FUNCTION UNIT UNDER MS-WINDOWS NT V4.0, 2000, XP PROF. (32 BIT APPLICATION)

One suggestion: If you have a Sipart controller (MLFB: 6DR21xx-y, 6DR22xx-y, 6DR19xx-y for example), you could check if it has (or you could purchase) an optionalProfibus-DP interface:

PROFIBUS DP INTERFACE FOR SIPART DR CONTROLLERS

With this interface you could read the data in a Profibus-DP master PLC for example and transfer the values to WinCC through the standard S7 Protocol suite (easiest), or you could use the Profibus channel (in WinCC v. 6.x) or the OPC channel (in WinCC v. 7.x) to collect the data directly from WinCC.
