Hello ruca, sure you can use camera controls inside WinCC RT. There are serveral manufactures which offer cameras and suitable controls to show live images. These controls have a program interfaceto send commands to the connected camera for rotating, zooming and so on. Checkout the Siemens Automation webpage. (www.automation.siemens.com).
