I have problem with my CNC Machine 810D, the SF LED is always RED, the MCP is flashing and of course in OP of PCU have some error and information No NC ready.

1- I have PLC back up program and I try to connect MPI/USB Adapter to back up program and configuration to PLC with MPI port but is no LED light up (Power, MPI, USB), does this mean no 24VDC for MPI port, I have checked CCU board and see that pin 2 and 7 of MPI and DP port connect to pin 20/21 and 1/2 of Cable distributor X121, and I check power DC at pin 20/21 and pin 1/2 of X121, it is also no DC voltage. However, the power voltage at pin 7 of ribbon cable 34 pins X151/X351 connect from front of Infeed module to CCU module, i think it is okey, it is 24VDC on meter. Does this mean have problem with DC 24V of CCU module? How to solve it? Do I need to supply external voltage for pin 20/21 and pin 1/2 of X121 to have 24VDC for MPI to use MPI USB Adapter to connect to PC by STEP7?

2- The CNC machine manufacturer send me back up file to back up for PCU (the origin part program and data to work), there are 3 files: 39019.t01, 39019.t02 and NCK_DAT file (2 files with *.t0x and a file is not define type). Pls help me which file need to back up and how we can do with WinPCin software. Pls help me to solve.
