I have a problem with user archive on WinCC. I wrote to Siemens Bulgaria and they lave contacted me with someone from Siemens Germany,
but I don't receive any support on this - I can't imagine how it is possible?. I am sure that the problem is in WinCC and this is very big inconvenience, because the project is for a big corporative client and I am going have other 2 project for them, but I can't use WinCC 7. I really hope this post to be read from someone from developer and he will pay an attention. The problem is that when i use C - script to write in User archive after some time the user archive stop working. The function UAArchiveGetCount return 0 records, in design also when I try to look the runtime data - the datаbase is empty and i can't insert new records, but in table control I see all the records and after restart the WinCC explorer the records is there and everyting is working again. It seems that every time when the the user archive is open for inserting the RAM is increase and when the UA is close the RAM is not release. So after some number of records the archive stop working. For writing in UA I use the C - script that is a standart and use standart function on WinCC.For example basically :

- first connect with uaconnect,
- then open - uaQueryArchiveByNAme and uaArchiveOpen
- then Get count with UAArchiveGetCount
- then insert fields with uaArchiveSetfield... and uaArchiveInsert
- then close and disconnect - uaArchiveClose and uaDisconnect

after some period of time on execution I get a count=0 and error for insert

The test for this is simple - we write script that write in UA and then call in action 1 sec ( 1 sec so the problem happening faster)
I made the test project that insert static numbers in 10 fields without communication.
If someone is an interesting in this I can attach the full script or the test project.

Please help me , because this is a big problem for me.Do I make someting wrong ? How to release RAM?
