Hello sandy_kalsi, you have to contact your local siemens partner for the service pack. I found a faq about this but it is only in german and spanish language available http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/48410768 I will try to translate it: "Because of necessary export control laws the service packs will no longer be provided on service&support portal.
