Standard block for scaling through piecewise linear function

jasonr Posts: 108 Rating: (2)	Hi, does anyone know if there is a standard function block or function that converts an input value to an output value based on a piecewise linear function as shown in the attached picture? I would imagine that such a function might accept an array of x,y co-ordinate pairs that define the piecewise function. If you do not want to buy this package, you should write a function to fit a line between 2 points , define different segments .By help of a selector logic to search the suitable line for corresponding X input, the output will be calculated bt (Y=AX+B).It is possible for small number of segments. Also note that continuity should be ensured in the junctions between each adjacent segments. BR hdhosseini
