when an archive file is full I wanna copy, store it and reset it.

[schnippschnapp] Second thing: this is very strange; when an archive file is full I wanna copy, store it and reset it. In the archive options I manage the fulled archive with an event with (sorry, I have to traslate from Italian, I hope they are ok) "CloseAllArchives" + "ArchiveFileRegister" + "OpenAllArchives" + "CancelArchive"; but this doesn't work. And the strange thing is that if I put the same function in a button-event it works!!! [schnippschnapp] other questions can be found here I need in the TimeString colomn also the seconds. I''d like a script running every 5sec. Is it possible?. Sorry for my english and thanks for your help. Ciao.

fbelic Posts: 327 Rating: (28)	Greetings Chose CVS type for archives and then check their size. When it goes over particular size, copy it (regular file copy) and then delete it. This would be the simplest way, I think. Best regards

Ferentarius Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Yes I think this way shuold be ok. But I ask myself why I can't use the OVERFLOW event created ad hoc for a full archive. It's a pity and strange that I can't use it.
