UPLOAD from SIMOTION C using SIMOTION SCOUT

Jigs_C Posts: 33 Rating: (1)	We have a system where in SIMOTION C (C230-2) is used for controlling four axes operation. However the system is running well. We have a project in SIMOTION Scout and we are also able to connect to the CPU but when online it shows that C230-2 and the axes and the programms are not there in the memory and we cannot monitor the parameters inside the CPU. In the project when online the C230-2, AXES and the program elements shows Red+Green Mark ahead of them.We tried uploading from the CPU using "Target System-->Download-->Configuration Data To PG" but it gives an error that there is no online consistency. We even created a new project and tried to upload to PG but still it gave the same error.Can anyone explain how to get the what is inside the CPU (memory) into our PG and save it as a project?Looking forward to possible solution.Thanks

Jigs_C Posts: 33 Rating: (1)	Hi I managed to find a project for the system in backup. I could go online and I think I could monitor the AXES configuration. But still there are messages that the Axes configuration in the control are not upto date. I am attaching the snaps here. I want to make sure that I am seeing the configuration parameter values in the controller and not the project. Can you please tell the meaning of the snaps? Thanks in advance. Jigs_C Posts: 33 Rating: (1)	Yes, I could solve the problem with, exporting the axis config files and all other config files from the old backup and importing the same in the newproject and then downloading it to the controller. Though I did it almost a year back since then I am not working on siemens much. Hope this will help..Ziemens..
