bstpgbm Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Hi, We are using CP 443-1 and CPU 412-3H(as Client) for open MODBUS/TCP communication.We are testing it with MODSCAN s/w as remote TCP/IP server..We have come across one error in the status of CP in standard program as W#16#8090.We are unable to decode meaning of this error.Please guide. Thank you,

The error code 8090H for AG_LSEND / AG_LRECV is given as:- Module with this module start address does not exist or, The FC being used does not match the system family being used (remember to use different FCs for S7300 and S7400). Have you specified the correct LADDR address on the block? You can get the hardware address from the hardware configurator or NetPro.

Chilly_Garfield Posts: 316 Rating: (37)	Hi ambarish, the connection is not established. Did you engineer the connection in NetPro? In NetPro or NCM toolyou can check the status of the connection (-->Activate Connection Status). Is the connection established?

As mentioned you have to setup a TCP connection in NetPro (with active connection establishment checked as you are the client and thus have to setup the connection). You have to specify the local port, remote IP address and remote port. You can check that the connection is opened correctly by clicking on the "Activate/deactive connection status" icon in NetPro (it looks like a plug and socket with an 'i' on it).
