sie-enauto Posts: 47 Rating: (0)	Dear all I think the fault F025, F026, F027 of Simovert Masterdrive family were habitual for everyone (see many discussion at this topic). I also got many time before without clear reason (IGBT, CUVC, Capacitor, Gate board, IVI, GID…). Today, I was requested by customer to fix this trouble again (two drive some time got this fault and clear fault by itself). May you give me some advices what should I do for this trouble. Which one is most fault (IGBT, gate control board…). Thank you very much for advising. Best regards Sie-Auto

Which one is most fault (IGBT, gate control board…). Hi, please give part numbers or kW ratings at least (With kW ratings, I have to look up in the catalogue which framesize). These faults are not easy to diagnose, the causes are numerous like you said and could be any of the following (Most of the following do not take into account Compact or Compact-Plus) 1/. Motor (or output Reactor if fitted) Earth fault 2/. Motor Cable Fault 3/. IGBT Fault 4/. IGBT Driver card 5/. IVI Card fault 6/. LBA Adapter Fault (I have seen this before due to corrosion and vibration) 7/. CU Card fault Have you confirmed the motors are in good condition (Insulation resistance)? My experience (Frustration) is that the faults F025, F026, F027 which can be reset are usually indications that the drive will eventually permanently fail with one of these faults. Regards, Graeme

Boonichiro Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, Are all the Flts appear concurrently? Sometimes, it's due to the fibers damage or connector loose at the IVI card. Re-align and tighten the fibers might help.

Kutti Posts: 41 Rating: (0)	Hi, Please check, maybe the problem is due to IGBT failure. Because i faced this problem earilier. I checked and got 2 Faulty IGBT's. And i replaced the IGBT's then it was ok.

Moh. Mahmoud Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I suffered from this fault many time but i looked at safe stop reason and I got evnt log alarms in PLC so I found that the cause of this fault due to bad operation. When the drive stopped due to intelock fault in the procees the operator restart the drive agaib imadiatly without waiting enough time. So we made delay time about 2 min and problem solved.

ach Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	If F025,F026,F027 comes simultaneously than maximum possibility is IVI and or FOC. If only one fault comes at a time than You have to check IGD and IGBT and definetely CT of same phase.
