820M PLC and NC Alarm problem

kikitron Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hi to all, Until today we have not managed to run my CNC machine with Siemens 820M. Service man has uploaded on the machine the new data and now I have some errors that i need to remove my self. Like i wrote last year i have german language and teher is no english . So can somebody please help me to solve the errors step by step to finaly start the CNC machine? My errors are: PLC Alarme: ----------- 6000 Not-Aus kette ausgeloest 6005 Hauptantrieb ueberlast IA>IX 6006 Hauptantrieb stoerung 6008 Gewichtsausgleich stoerung 6009 Hauptantrieb uebertemperatur 6027 Steuerspannung fehlt NC Alarme: ---------- 2000 ORD 2 Not Aus PLC Meldungen: -------------- 7049 Bremse Z Geklemmt

kikitron Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Gebhardt Karl Hi Check, if you have the 24VDC Power ! Fuse for the 24VDC ? Normaly we need an PDF-Scan from the electrical diagram. I thin, you must scan in and make a "attachment" here. Greating Karl I checked all fuses in big electrical cabinet and they are all ok. There are many electrical diagrams. Which i have to scan and attach it here?

Very usefull link where you can change German to English and many other languages changes also. Lets try. Gebhardt Karl Posts: 1502 Rating: (176)	Hi Heksu I wonder this error 6027 control voltage? Why ? Often a PLC-System have a separate 24VDC-Power-Unit. For the I/Os he have an second Power with Fuses and so. Do you have scan the wire-diagramm. I think the first 20 pages should be enough. (Emergency stop, 24VDC wire-diagramm) Perhaps the PLC-Inputs in wire-diagramm. Greatings Karl

kikitron Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hi again. We still didnt run the machine and yesterday when I powered Onthe CNC, the dispays on the PLC only flashes once. I measured all 24V, not-aus and they are OK. In attachment are still PLC alarms and there is an video of PLC when I power it ON : https://www.dropbox.com/s/jfx5wi0riqzf24x/H1-A11.mp4?dl=0 Is PLC damaged?
