Because the issue is placed in Step7 (TIA Portal) the things are a little bit different. But could be that the target is Step7/Step7 Lite. Please clarify it! best regards, Hristo Mihalev

The "MOVE" block moves the value into that memory location (MW100). If you simply want to toggle a bit each time I0.0 goes high, you could also use positive edge detection to toggle a bit using a hardware interrupt routine. That would have the least and most consistent latency between I0.0 going high and the toggling of the M bit. Good luck at whatever you are trying to accomplish.
