device version not compatible

HJ99 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am working on a project use TP177B and WinCCflexble. I got problemwhen transfer the program file to TP177B. On the screen it says “Download is not possible. The version of the device in your WinCC flexble project and the version of the operating system of the device are not compatible. Please change neither the version of the device in your project or change the operating system of your device.” The version of device on my WinCC flexble from HMI_Panelis 1.0.0.0 (it is the only choice for TP177B color PN/DP) and the version of the operating system of the device is V01.01.00_01.34. I use WinCC flexble Advanced 2005+HF1 Build: 01.01.00.01_106.01 How could I solve the problem? Thanks,

Thijs Posts: 121 Rating: (16)	The panel has a newer firmware than supported by WinCC flex 2005. A downgrade is needed. So within WinCC flex 2005 select under files -> download -> OS Update. Here you will be able to downgrade to an older version of the firmware
