How to call a pid generated with wizard in main OB

Marcjan Diamond Member Joined: 4/22/2010 Last visit: 3/31/2025 Posts: 5697 Rating: (716)	Make sure your PID is running, manualy bring the output value close to the ideal value (pv is close to sv) then put the pid in auto and press the autotune button. The autotune will now vary the output off the pid from 100 % to 0 % a few times and do the calculations, this may take a while so some disturbance off the proces is there, iff that is a problem you better enter the values manually.
